Duties
- Provide practical assistance with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility support

- Mentor and guide individuals through learning new skills or routines, fostering independence
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent care
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns or incidents promptly
- Assist in creating personalized care plans tailored to each individual’s needs
Requirements
- Experience working with adults or vulnerable individuals in a supportive capacity
- Strong mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and inspire confidence
- Knowledge of teaching methods suitable for different age groups or abilities
- Excellent communication skills to build trusting relationships with clients and team members
- Ability to work flexibly across various shifts, including evenings or weekends if required

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
