Order Packer
Milly Grace is one of the UK's fastest-growing jewellery brands. As our daily order volumes scale, we are expanding our fulfilment operations. We are looking for a reliable, efficient and caring Order Packer to join our team at Thirkill Park in Pannal, Harrogate.
The Role
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where accuracy is just as important as speed. You play an incredibly vital part in the Milly Grace journey. You will be the final touchpoint before our jewellery reaches our customers, meaning you are directly responsible for creating that magical unboxing moment.
We are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work, enjoys getting into a steady rhythm and finds satisfaction in beautifully packing every single order. Your role ensures that our community receives the premium experience they expect from us.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfilment: Pick and pack daily customer orders accurately to meet strict dispatch deadlines.
- Quality Control: Perform visual checks on items before packing to maintain our high product standards.
- Presentation: Pack each order precisely to brand guidelines to ensure a joyful and premium unboxing experience.
- Station Management: Maintain a fully stocked packing station. Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe for everyone.
- Goods In and Out: Receive new stock deliveries, organise inventory and hand over shipments to our courier partners.

- Calm Under Pressure: You handle busy environments well and maintain focus when clearing order backlogs, especially during our exciting peak sale periods.
- Reliable and Punctual: You show up on time and are ready to work. The entire business relies on you to ensure our dispatch operations run smoothly each day.
- Practical Work Ethic: You are comfortable being on your feet, moving around the facility and completing repetitive tasks with care and consistency.
Requirements
- Previous experience in e-commerce fulfilment, packing or warehouse environments is desirable but not essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently on your feet for the duration of a shift.
- A positive, team-focused attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work on a shift rota that will include occasional weekends.
What We Offer
- Start Date: 25th August.
- Salary: £13.45 per hour (Real Living Wage), equating to a £20,982 base salary, plus overtime opportunities.
- Contract: 30 guaranteed hours per week, with the expectation to work additional hours during peak periods, launches and busy Mondays.
- Schedule: Flexible shift-based rota. Core hours will be discussed at interview.
- Holidays: 22 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
- Parking: Free on-site parking at our Thirkill Park unit.

Location: This is a 100% on-site, in-person role based at our unit in Thirkill Park, Pannal, Harrogate. We are not seeking remote workers or agencies.
