Multi-Skilled Joiner – Full Time
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 per year (depending on experience) + Overtime + Working Away Opportunities

Due to continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner to join our growing team.
This is a customer-facing role, often working within occupied homes and commercial premises, so professionalism, communication, cleanliness, and attention to detail are essential.
The Role
The successful candidate will primarily be an experienced joiner but will also have the ability to carry out a variety of maintenance and finishing works to a high standard.
Typical works include:
- 1st & 2nd Fix Carpentry
- Hanging and adjusting internal and external doors
- Installing skirting, architraves and mouldings
- Kitchen repairs and installations
- Stair and handrail repairs
- Flooring repairs
- Fitting ironmongery
- Diagnosing and repairing creaking floors
- Stud walls and plasterboard works
- Fire door installations and remedial works
- Window board installations
- General property maintenance
- Making good following repairs
- Basic decorating and silicone finishing where required
The role covers new-build customer care, occupied housing, commercial refurbishment, retail maintenance and planned works across the UK.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 5 years' carpentry/joinery experience
- Excellent all-round maintenance skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good organisational skills
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- CSCS Card (preferred)
Experience within any of the following would be advantageous:
- New build customer care
- Housing association maintenance
- Commercial refurbishment
- Fire door installations
- Insurance or remedial repairs
