Bridges Estate Agents are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Negotiator to join our successful Frimley office, helping to grow our market share in this highly competitive area.
This role is ideal for someone with estate agency or sales experience who is ready to develop their career within a structured, ambitious, and supportive business.
The Role – Overview
Building on your experience in sales and client interaction, you will play a key role in matching buyers to homes, generating new business, and delivering exceptional service from enquiry through to completion.
Your Responsibilities
- Match buyers to suitable properties and book viewings
- Conduct viewings and provide detailed feedback to vendors
- Generate new business opportunities and leads
- Negotiate offers and agree sales
- Support the progression of sales through to completion
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage
- Build strong relationships with applicants, vendors, and local contacts
- Support the branch with marketing activity and local canvassing
- Maintain a strong understanding of the local property market

About You
- Experience in estate agency or a strong background in sales
- Target-driven with a competitive mindset
- Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Motivated, energetic, and resilient
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence (manual or automatic)
