We’re looking for a Front of House Team Member to be the warm, welcoming face of our country house hotel.
What you’ll be doing:
- Greeting guests and creating a fantastic first impression
- Serving food and drinks with professionalism and personality
- Taking orders, handling payments, and answering guest enquiries
- Working closely with the team to deliver exceptional service
- Helping maintain our high standards in a relaxed but professional setting
What we’re looking for:
- A positive, can-do attitude and great people skills
- Someone reliable, well-presented, and enthusiastic
- Previous hospitality experience is a bonus – but not essential
- A genuine passion for great service and attention to detail
