Duties
- Restock bar supplies including spirits, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and utensils to ensure smooth service throughout the shift
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning glassware, and disposing of waste efficiently
- Assist bartenders with food preparation tasks such as garnishing drinks or preparing batches
- Support the team by organizing storage areas and ensuring all equipment is in good working order
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address any immediate needs or issues
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times to provide a safe environment for staff and guests
- Help manage inventory levels by tracking supplies and notifying management when restocking is required
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality environments such as restaurants, bars, hotels, or cafes is highly desirable
- Familiarity with food preparation and serving techniques enhances your ability to support the team effectively
- Experience working as a barista or in food service roles demonstrates strong customer service skills and attention to detail
