Our kitchens deliver high-quality food across a variety of services including café dining, weddings, private events, and large-scale corporate hospitality.
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This role is suited to a confident, capable chef who can take full ownership of their designated operation, maintain high standards under pressure, and contribute to the overall performance of the kitchen.
The Role
As Chef de Partie you will ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality food across all services. You will work closely with the Head Chef and executive Chef to ensure smooth service, maintain strong kitchen organisation, and uphold the standards expected within a professional hospitality environment.
This role requires a chef who is organised, proactive, and capable of supporting junior team members while maintaining excellent standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present dishes to a consistently high standard
- Ensure all food leaving our kitchens meets quality, specification, and presentation requirements
- Maintain excellent organisation and efficiency during busy service periods and events
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, HACCP, and allergen procedures
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and stock rotation to minimise waste
- Train and support junior kitchen staff including Commis Chefs and Kitchen Assistants
- Work closely with senior chefs to maintain kitchen structure, workflow, and standards
- Support menu development and contribute ideas for seasonal dishes where appropriate
- Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised kitchen environment
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen
- Strong understanding of fresh food preparation and high-volume service
- Excellent understanding of food safety, allergens, and kitchen compliance standards
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Positive leadership approach and ability to support junior team members
- Professional attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic

Working Hours
This role will include evenings, weekends, and event-based shifts in line with the operational requirements of the venue.
