Job Overview
Shine Bright Clean Ltd is looking for experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Domestic Cleaners to join our growing team across Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland, Durham, and surrounding areas.
Please do not apply if you have no previous domestic cleaning experience. This role is not suitable for beginners, as we require cleaners who already understand the high standards expected in private homes.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results, so we’re looking for cleaners with an excellent eye for detail who genuinely take pride in their work.
Duties
- Carry out high-quality domestic cleaning in clients’ homes.
- Complete standard, deep, and end-of-tenancy cleans.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas to an exceptional standard.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitise, and detail all assigned areas.
- Remove limescale, grease, soap scum, and stubborn dirt during deep cleans.
- Follow company checklists and client instructions.
- Ensure every property is left spotless before leaving.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of domestic cleaning experience (Required).
- Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle (Required).
- Do not apply if you do not have domestic cleaning experience or if you do not drive.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
