Take over an established patient base from day one
We are looking for a Sports Massage Therapist or Sports Therapist to take over an existing, active caseload at our Woodstock clinic. You are not building from zero and you are not waiting for a diary to fill. The patients are already here, already rebooking, and there is clear capacity to grow beyond what the role currently carries.
Additional clinic sessions are available at our second site in Stow-on-the-Wold.
Current shift patterns:
Monday: 0900-1300
Wednesday: 1400-1900
Friday: 1400-1700
Note, there is some flexibility around these days.
About us
Cotswolds MSK runs two established chiropractic clinics, in Woodstock and Stow-on-the-Wold, with a team of chiropractors and a full support staff. Our clinical leadership brings experience from Formula 1, Premier League football, professional rugby, and international polo, so you will be working alongside people who take performance, rehabilitation, and return to sport seriously.
You will receive referrals directly from our chiropractic team on shared cases, and you will be treating patients who already understand and value manual therapy.
The arrangement
This is a self-employed associate position. You invoice us monthly and retain 45% of the revenue you generate, rising to 50% once established, reviewed after three months.
Earnings are a percentage of the revenue you generate rather than an hourly wage. Based on our current fee structure, this equates to approximately £29 to £45 per treating hour depending on session type.
You focus entirely on treating. We handle everything else.

What we are looking for
- A recognised sports massage or soft tissue therapy qualification (Level 4 or equivalent) with recent hands-on clinical experience
- Current professional indemnity insurance and membership of a relevant professional body
- Registered as self-employed, or willing to register before starting
- Based within a 45-minute commute of Woodstock
- Reliable and consistent, with a track record of retaining patients
- Genuinely patient-centred, with the interpersonal skills to build lasting patient relationships
- Committed to building a caseload here over the long term. The patients you inherit are already in ongoing care, and continuity is what makes this caseload worth having
