Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers and offering assistance
- Showing customers where to find items or directing them to alternatives
- Handling cash, using tills and Point of Sale (POS) equipment
- Working towards sales targets
- Maintaining merchandising and store housekeeping to a high standard
- Increasing sales and highlighting promotional items to customers
- Rotate and replenish stock on the shop floor
- Will be trained in Bristol branch before the actual job starts.
Expected Experience:
- Good customer service with previous experience in a customer facing role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using computer systems (knowledge of Adobe Photoshop a bonus, but not essential, training can be given)
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and best practices
