We have exciting afternoon shift opportunities within a fast-paced production environment, offering hands-on training in frame assembly and upholstery.
We’re looking for reliable, hardworking Production Operatives who are keen to learn, develop new skills, and progress into permanent employment.

Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Wednesday: 2pm – 12:20am
- Thursday: 2pm – 11:05pm
Pay Rate:
The Role of a Production Operative:
- Training within frame assembly and upholstery departments
- Assembling and preparing furniture components
- Supporting production processes within a busy manufacturing environment
- Quality checking products to ensure high standards are maintained
- Moving materials and supporting general operational duties
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised workspace
