Are you an experienced Litigation Solicitor looking for your next leadership opportunity?
This is a rare chance to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm as a Litigation Senior Associate, with a genuine succession plan in place as the current Head of Litigation prepares to retire.
You'll handle high-quality property litigation work, help lead and develop the team, and play a key role in the future growth of the department.
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial and residential property litigation matters
- Advising clients from pre-action through to resolution, including ADR and court proceedings
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supervising and mentoring junior solicitors and support staff
- Supporting business development and departmental growth
- Helping shape the future direction and strategy of the litigation team
About You
To be considered, you'll have:
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
- c.5+ years' PQE in litigation
- Strong UK private practice experience
- Proven expertise in property litigation (commercial and residential)
- Strong knowledge of CPR, court procedures and ADR
- Experience supervising colleagues or the ambition and capability to move into a leadership role
- Excellent communication, client management and commercial skills
