Ash Packer - 30 hours per week

We are looking for a reliable Ash Packer to join our small, friendly team and support the smooth running of our Individual Cremation service. This role is vital in ensuring that every pet’s ashes are carefully and respectfully prepared in the chosen urn or casket, ready for delivery or collection. You will also assist with cremation services and liaise with internal teams to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Packing pet ashes into the selected urns and caskets with meticulous care.
- Attending cremation services to ensure a dignified and respectful process.
- Communicating effectively with internal teams (across multiple sites) to maintain high service standards.
- Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, report completion, and record-keeping.
- Operating engraving machinery for personalised tributes.
- Maintaining high attention to detail and professionalism at all times.

- Pet ownership experience is beneficial but not essential.
