Basic salary: £30,056 + excellent company benefits
42.5 Hours: Monday to Friday and no weekend working

As a Parts Advisor in our dynamic team, you’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, supporting trade customers by providing exceptional service and accurate parts advice.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling inbound parts enquiries and orders via phone and online platforms
- Accurately identifying and sourcing parts to meet customer needs
- Using promotions effectively to meet sales targets
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and increase sales
- Staying up to date on new products, parts updates, recalls, and special offers
- Building strong, positive relationships with customers and internal teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Parts Experience from a similar role within the Motor industry.
- Confident telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Comfortable working to targets and sales objectives
- Willingness to engage in regular training and professional development
