Night Shift Production Operative

Besmoke is a rapidly growing food and flavour manufacturing company based near Arundel. Our factory operates 24/7, and as demand continues to grow, we’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable people to join our dedicated production team.
The Role
Working on our night shift from 18:00 to 06:00, you’ll work 4 nights out of 7 as part of our busy manufacturing operation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating production machinery
- Loading and unloading processing equipment
- Following production and manufacturing procedures
- Cleaning machinery and maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Completing production records accurately
- Working as part of the team to maintain our high standards of quality and food safety
Don’t have food manufacturing experience? That’s not a problem. You’ll receive full training to give you the skills and confidence you need to succeed in the role.
You’ll be helping to manufacture products for some of the biggest names in the food industry, making this a great opportunity to develop your skills and build a career within an exciting and growing company.
