About the Role:
As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and smooth operation of the park during overnight hours. You will act as the first point of contact for guests requiring assistance overnight while carrying out operational duties across the park.
Please note that this role involves lone working, and regular patrols of the park during night-time hours in all weather conditions. Applicants should be comfortable working independently and responding appropriately to incidents and emergencies.
Due to the nature of the role, successful applicants will be required to undergo a basic disclosure check.
Key Responsibilities:
- To have comprehensive knowledge of the park and offer help and assistance quickly and efficiently
- To respond to guest enquiries and requests professionally
- To support late arriving guests
- To provide excellent customer service
- Complete accurate incident reports and maintain detailed records
- To have a calm and positive approach to all tasks
- Ability to work independently.
Experience
- SIA licence (preferred)
- Must hold a valid driving license
- First Aid at work (training course to be given to right candidate)
Shift availability:
- Monday-Sunday nights
- School Holidays, Bank Holidays and events
- Shifts working hours between 7pm-7pm
