About the Role:
We are looking for a number of reliable Warehouse Assistants to join our friendly team in Stroud on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will play a key role in ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently and accurately, as well as helping to maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment.

Skills/Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role is essential
- IT literacy skills in order to use handheld scanners and inventory software systems
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods, lift heavy items and perform repetitive tasks
- A common-sense approach to problem solving
- A desire to be part of a team that works together for the common goal
Key Responsibilities:
- Using hand held scanners for picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Replenishing stock and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Supporting with stock counts and general warehouse organisation.
- Following all company policies on health and safety, product handling, and quality assurance.
- Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness across all warehouse areas.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
