AIB Group are recruiting Stewards and Response Team Security Officers to join our team in Reading for stadium events.
This position is for the upcoming football season, which runs from August 2026 to May 2027. You must be able to work approx. 80% of the home games at the stadium in Reading.
You must be able to transport yourself to the Reading area for work (we are not providing transport for this role).
Essential Skills / Qualities for this role:
- Hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (not required for stewards)
- Confident approaching and resolving conflict situations (SIA roles)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional and approachable at all times
- Work well as a team and as an individual
- Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends
Further Information:
- Rate of Pay is: from £12.75 per hour(rate is depending on your role)
- Days and Hours for each shift will vary on weekdays / weekends and kick off time.
- Must be able to travel to the Reading area for work (we do not provide transport)
