The Role
You'll manage your own varied caseload of contentious probate and inheritance disputes, including:
- Will disputes and challenges
- Inheritance Act claims
- Executor and trustee disputes
- Estate administration disputes
- Mediation and negotiated settlements
- Litigation where required
This is a client-facing role requiring someone who is confident managing matters independently while delivering exceptional client care throughout. Court experience is highly desirable, as is the confidence to deal with matters from instruction through to resolution.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE
- Strong Contentious Probate experience
- Experience managing your own caseload
- Previous court attendance/litigation experience
- Excellent drafting and advocacy skills
- Commercially minded with strong client care skills
- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
