Experienced Cleaning Operative Required – Hadfield
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Cleaning Operative to join our team in Hadfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a hardworking individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 5:00pm – 7:30pm
- Friday: 4:00pm – 6:30pm (flexibility to start at 5:00pm if preferred)
Pay Rate
Key Responsibilities
As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring that all assigned areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Duties will include:
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Cleaning and sanitising toilet and washroom facilities
- Wiping down surfaces and touch points
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment at all times
- Reporting any maintenance or cleaning issues as required
- Following all site cleaning procedures and health & safety guidelines
Candidate Requirements
The successful applicant will:
- Have previous commercial cleaning experience
- Be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Have a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
- Be capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Possess good communication skills
- Be cooperative, professional, and courteous when responding to requests
- Have a flexible approach to work and be committed to maintaining high standards
