The Role
We're looking for a confident, self-motivated Lead Generator to cold call and identify potential clients for our coaching services (franchise owners and business owners looking to grow). This is a fully self-employed, performance-based role — payment is made only when a booked discovery call results in the prospect signing up to one of our packages.
What You'll Do
- Cold call prospective business owners and franchisees from provided/self-sourced lists
- Qualify interest using a simple script/criteria we'll provide
- Book discovery calls into our diary with genuine, decision-making prospects
- Keep basic records of calls made and outcomes
How You Get Paid
Starter - £247/month - Contractor Commission: £123.50
Growth - £497/month - Contractor Commission: £248.50
Elite - From £995/month - Contractor Commission: From £497.50
Growth Clarity Session - £295 (one-off) - Contractor Commission: £147.50 (single payment
Business Deep Dive Consultancy - £595 (one-off) - Contractor Commission: £297.50
Franchise Performance Accelerator - From £1,500 (one-off) - Contractor Commission: From £750
Get paid when your booked call turns into a signed client:
Commission is always a one-off payment — 50% of the client's first payment only. There is no recurring or ongoing commission on renewals or future months.
Who We're Looking For
- Proven cold calling / telesales / lead gen experience
- Confident, resilient, comfortable with rejection and high call volumes
- Self-disciplined — you manage your own hours and pipeline
- Based in the UK preferred (understanding of UK business landscape a plus)
- Bonus: experience in franchising, coaching, or B2B services
