Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative with a valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the safe handling, storage, and movement of goods, while maintaining high standards of health and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading deliveries using a forklift truck.
- Moving stock safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for despatch.
- Receiving and checking incoming goods against delivery documentation.
- Conducting stock control and inventory checks.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Following all health and safety procedures and company policies.
- Assisting with general warehouse and production duties as required.
Skills and Experience
- Previous warehouse experience is essential.
- Valid Counterbalance and/or Reach Forklift Truck Licence.
- Experience operating forklift trucks in a warehouse environment.
- Good understanding of warehouse processes and stock management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills.
- Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual handling duties.
Qualifications
- Valid FLT Licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach).
- GCSEs or equivalent (preferred but not essential).

Full-time – Mon - Thurs 8.15am – 4.30pm Fri 8.15am – 3pm
This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience who is confident operating forklift trucks and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: £12.90 per hour
