Overview
We are seeking an energetic and responsible driver to join our team for daytime container deliveries in. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced logistics operation, ensuring timely and safe transportation of containers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving, possess excellent delivery skills, and thrive in a team-oriented setting.
Duties
- Operate containers trucks and other commercial vehicles to transport containers within designated routes in
- Safely load, secure, and unload containers according to safety protocols and company standards
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
- Follow all traffic laws, safety guidelines, and company policies during deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, documentation, and communication with dispatch teams
- Assist with handling delivery paperwork and obtaining necessary signatures upon delivery
- Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly to ensure continuous safety and operational efficiency
Experience
- Proven experience in commercial driving, especially with container transport
- Delivery driver experience with a focus on safety, timeliness, and customer service
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations within
- Ability to operate heavy-duty vehicles confidently and responsibly
- Strong organizational skills for managing delivery schedules and documentation
- Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance checks is preferred

Pay: £195.00-£240.00 per day
