Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial settings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Cleaner will play a vital role in ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in commercial spaces, including Holiday lets, restrooms, and common areas.
- Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitise surfaces, including desks, countertops, and equipment.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues.
- Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, techniques, and equipment is advantageous.
- A strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
