Night Delivery Driver – Full-Time (PAYE Employed)
Location: Watford, Hertfordshire
Salary: £15.00–£17.00/hour
Contract: Permanent, Employed (PAYE)
Shift: Night shifts (start between 22:30–23:45, finish 07:30–09:15), 5 days per week
Seven Seeded is one of London’s leading artisan bakeries, delivering award-winning breads, pastries, and cakes to Michelin-starred restaurants, 5-star hotels, and boutique cafés across the M25. We're growing fast – and we're looking for reliable, hard-working Night Delivery Drivers to join our expanding team in Watford.
What You Need:
- Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 3 penalty points (no serious endorsements such as IN10 or TT99)
- Right to work in the UK
- Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for delivery instructions and navigation
- Good spoken communication skills
This Is a Night Job:
Routes vary and start between 22:30–23:45, ending around 07:30–09:15. Flexibility is required — we operate 7 days a week, and your shift days may vary week to week.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver baked goods across London using a company van
- Load and unload products with care
- Follow detailed customer delivery instructions
- Keep your vehicle clean and road-safe
- Use a tablet and group chat to confirm deliveries
Pay & Progression:
- £15/hour starting rate
- Increase up to £17/hour by learning additional routes (the more you learn, the more you earn!)
- Paid weekly
- Overtime available
