Who We Are Looking For
- Qualified Professionals: Level 1 Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN.
- Mental Health Experts: An RMN qualification is a major advantage.
- Clinical Leaders: Confident working under limited supervision with sharp communication skills.
- Knowledgeable Practitioners: Well-versed in Safeguarding, NICE guidelines, and Care Planning.
