Responsibilities:
- Conduct swim lessons for individuals or groups of all ages and skill levels
- Create and implement lesson plans that align with the swim program curriculum
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for participants
- Demonstrate proper swimming techniques and skills
- Provide feedback and guidance to help participants improve their swimming abilities
- Ensure the safety of all participants during lessons
- Maintain accurate records of participant progress
Requirements:
- Swim Teaching Qualification
- Ability to effectively communicate and educate participants of various ages and skill levels
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with children.
