About our Client
This is a family-run mortgage brokerage built around providing expert, personal and genuinely client-focused advice. The business has grown organically through its strong reputation, referrals and relationships with estate agents, and now has more demand than the existing team can comfortably manage.
The company is directly authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and specialises in providing tailored advice across a wide range of mortgage and protection needs. This includes first-time buyer, home mover and remortgage advice, Buy-to-Let mortgages, self-employed and complex mortgage cases, as well as protection solutions. The team works closely with clients to understand their individual circumstances and find the most suitable solutions for their needs.

Working Week
Core working hours will be 9AM to 6PM, Monday to Friday.
Desired Experience:
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude
- A passion for staying updated on the latest mortgage products and trends
- A team player who loves to collaborate with others in a fun, family-oriented environment
- Minimum 2 years experience in providing mortgage & protection advice
- CAS – Competent Adviser Status
- Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Advise clients on mortgages and protection products
- Manage cases from enquiry through to completion
- Liaise with lenders, insurers, and clients to ensure smooth case progression (supported by admin team)
- Ensure all advice is compliant with FCA regulations
- Keep up to date with mortgage products, regulations, and market trends
- Maintain strong client and introducer relationships
