Fitter Windows is a reputable and expanding home improvement company
We are an independent business operating in and around the M25 area. We are looking for an experienced window surveyor to join our team. We sell mainstream upvc and (occasionally) aluminium products to homeowners – with the occasional conservatory thrown in. Shortly we will be expanding our product portfolio into related products.
As part of your role you will be expected to measure and prepare all sales contracts for ordering into manufacture. You will also ensure that all designs are compliant with current regulations and meet with our supplier’s technical specifications. You will also ensure that we comply with our health and safety policy. You should identify any discrepancies between the contract sold and the final work to be carried out and provide pictorial evidence of all work to be undertaken.
You will also be required to inspect installed jobs from time to time. You will also be expected to inspect and review installation works from time to time. As such you should have a good working knowledge of building regulations and required survey/installation standards.
This is a customer facing role and you should have experience of dealing with the public. You should also be pc literate (we use a CRM system) and possess a MTC card or equivalent. Pay: £50,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
