Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Aysgarth Falls Hotel. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of all public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain all public areas to the highest standards.
- Ensure all supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed to ensure linens are fresh and available.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations within the hotel.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
