Fancy a Career in Biogas? FMS are currently looking for a new team member to assist with various duties at multiple Biogas sites throughout the UK. Works include MIG, TIG, MMA, welding stainless, mild steel and occasionally aluminium. Fabricating pipework, installation of pumps and motors, plant modifications and break downs. Mechanical works including strip down and rebuilding of gearboxes, motors and other equipment within the plants. No two days are the same with a wide variety of work and plenty of problem solving situations. We're not looking for someone that ticks all the boxes but a willingness to get stuck in and learn is always a good starting point. Ideally we're looking for someone self employed (we could help set that up) but can go down the employed route for the right person. A driving licence is a must, obviously with some work not being local. Willingness, reliability and common sense are a necessity in this industry, you'll not get far without them. Rates: More than happy to pay going rates with the right money for the right person. a company van may be included after a probration period.
