We are looking for a friendly, professional and reliable Beauty Therapist to join our salon team on a part-time basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys client care, works well independently, and is confident carrying out a range of beauty treatments in a welcoming salon environment.
Hours
- Tuesday: 5pm – 8pm
- Thursday: 5pm – 8pm
- Saturday: 10am – 2pm
Total: 10 hours per week
Pay
- National Minimum Wage / National Living Wage
- Opportunities for more hours once passed probation
Responsibilities
- Carrying out professional beauty treatments
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Maintaining high hygiene and salon standards
- Consulting with clients and recommending suitable treatments
- Assisting with salon cleanliness and presentation
- Promoting repeat bookings and reception duties
Treatments May Include
- Waxing
- Tinting
- Facials
- Lash & brow treatments
- Manicures/pedicures
- Gel/ BIAB/ (acrylic not necessary but adventitious)
- Other treatments depending on qualifications
Requirements
- Beauty Therapy qualification (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent preferred)
- Friendly and professional manner
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Passion for the beauty industry
- Salon experience preferred
