Delta is a growing customer engagement and sales company based in Manchester City Centre. We work closely with clients across a range of sectors, supporting them by delivering high-quality customer interactions that build trust, loyalty, and long-term value.
Due to continued growth, we’re looking for confident and motivated individuals to join our Customer Service team in a full-time, customer-facing role.
The Role
This is a customer service–focused position with a strong sales element. You’ll engage directly with customers, manage conversations from start to finish, and represent our clients in a professional and personable manner.
You’ll play a key role in building client relationships, handling customer queries, and working towards performance targets within a supportive, team-driven environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging with customers in a confident, friendly, and professional manner
- Handling customer queries and providing clear, effective solutions
- Managing the full customer journey, including sales conversations where appropriate
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Representing Delta and our clients to a high standard
- Working collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals
- Attending ongoing training and development sessions

Previous experience in customer service or sales is beneficial but not essential — full training is provided.
