Office Administration Support
In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers whether this is in person, over the phone, by email or WhatsApp message. Our customer base is varied, and we sell to all corners of the world. You will be efficient and prompt at replying and be able to multi-task in a busy office environment. Ideal candidate will have the following.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Office administration
- Answering general questions from the public perspective new and existing clients
- Dealing with customer queries promptly via telephone and email
- Data inputting for relevant jobs and functions
- Office support
- Generate documentation
- Account management
- Advertising
- General freight forwarding administration
- Handling exports
- Following up sales leads
- Experience invoicing to pro forma
- Emails/scanning & filing
Ideal Applicant
- Previous experience in office administration and customer service an advantage
- Sales order processing experience and providing customers with quotations
- Good mathematical skills
- Competent in production reports on excel
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to develop and maintain relationships
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Problem Solving and ability to use own initiative
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Ability to work under pressure and priorities work
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- IT Literate - all Microsoft applications
- System savvy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28000.00 to £32000.000 per year
Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:30 and working weekends on a rota 1 in every 3 weeks.
