We are looking for an enthusaistic, friendly person to join our fantastic team at HSFC. General bar & cafe duties to give our members and guests a fantastic experience in our friendly club with the amazing 'hidden view' balcony!
In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, crafting high-quality coffee and drinks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our coffee and bar area. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a memorable experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Warmly welcome customers, take orders, and offer personalised recommendations from our menu.
- Barista Duties: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, teas, and specialty drinks to our high standards.- Bar Service: Assist in serving beverages, including soft drinks, smoothies, and non-alcoholic options.
- Food Service: Help with the preparation and serving of meals and snacks.
- Cleanliness & Organisation: Keep the workspace, equipment, and customer areas clean and tidy.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experiences.Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role within a café, bar, or restaurant.- Availability: Must be able to work week days, evenings and weekends.
- Customer Focus: Friendly, outgoing, and committed to delivering exceptional service.- Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge: Experience with coffee machines, and basic food preparation.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £10.50-£13.40 per hour
