About Us:
We are a busy, friendly café known for our great coffee, fresh food, and welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Server to join our team and provide excellent service to our regular and new customers.What You Will Do:
- Greet & Seat: Welcome customers warmly, show them to tables, and hand out menus.
- Take Orders: Record food and drink choices accurately, noting any dietary needs or allergies.
- Serve Food & Drinks: Deliver hot and cold items safely from the kitchen and barista counter to tables.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Clear plates, wipe down tables, and reset seating areas quickly for new guests.
- Handle Payments: Process cash and card transactions using our till system.
What We Are Looking For:
- Friendly Personality: Excellent customer service skills with a polite, helpful attitude.
- Strong Communicator: Ability to talk clearly with guests and work well with kitchen staff.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing, walking, and carrying trays during busy shifts.
- Punctual & Reliable: High energy and a strong work ethic.
- No experience required, but previous hospitality or retail experience is a plus!
