Due to a rapid expansion of the business Thai Tana are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join their team in the new warehouse in Kettering. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as the company continues to grow.
Job Summary:
The main purpose of this role is to support the running of the Warehouse through efficient management of storage area, stock handled and timely picking and dispatch process:
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking & Packing for Orders
- Verify product has been completed according to customer specifications
- Final Dispatch Verification
- Weekly and monthly stock audits
- Maintain good house-keeping
- Ensure daily / monthly KPI’s are met
- Health & Safety compliance
- Container off-loading
- To undertake other duties which may arise or as may be delegated from time to time

- Able to follow instructions and production schedules
- Being able to follow operational processes which ensure stock integrity
- Able to act quickly when a problem arises
- Counterbalance / Forklift Licence (advantageous but not essential)
Working Hours
- Starting off with 2 shifts a week - Monday's and Thursday's, 09:00-18:00 (1 Hour Break)
- Ability to work extra hours or days as required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £13.10 per hour
