Job Description:
Key Tasks:
- To allocate duties and supervise the staff daily to ensure the safe running of the home.
- To administer residents prescribed medication in a safe and appropriate manner.
- To make sure medication is ordered, stored, administered, and returned as according to Medication Policies.
- To liaise with Multi Disciplinary Team for the best practice for our Residents.
- To supervise staff to ensure duties are carried out accordingly.
- Maintain records as appropriate.
- Ensure Residents Review/Care Plans are kept up to date.
- To communicate with residents’ families as required.
- To carry out supervision sessions and staff appraisals.
- To implement SSSC Codes of Practice and Health and Social Care Standards.
- To hold or be prepared to work towards the necessary qualification for the job role.
SVQ Level 3 plus PDA Award or SVQ Level 4

Pay: £14.04-£16.91 per hour
