Are you looking for a hospitality role where no two days are the same?
We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Hospitality Team Member to work across our two independent food businesses in the heart of Bourton-on-the-Water: Ace of Spuds, our popular daytime eatery, and Oli Bonny Pizza, our pizzeria.
Please note: This is a permanent role and requires availability beyond the summer season. If you're only looking for a summer job, we kindly ask that you do not apply.
Working across both businesses means you'll enjoy a varied role, different working environments, and greater flexibility than many traditional hospitality jobs. If you like staying busy, enjoy meeting people, and want to be part of two growing independent businesses, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
You'll work across both businesses depending on the needs of the week.
Your shifts could include welcoming customers, making coffees, serving food and drinks, helping with deliveries, keeping both venues clean and organised, assisting with food preparation, or supporting the team during busy periods.
Every day is different, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
What You'll Do
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
- Prepare drinks to our high standards.
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen support.
- Serve customers and process orders efficiently.
- Keep both venues clean, organised and well presented.
- Receive deliveries and assist with stock rotation.
- Work as part of a close-knit team across both businesses.
- Jump in wherever needed to help deliver an outstanding customer experience.

- Happy to work a mix of daytime, evening and weekend shifts.

Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but isn't essential, as full training will be provided.

- You'll usually work 3 to 5 days per week.
- Weekend availability is required, but you won't be expected to work every weekend.
