Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Full Time Waiting Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, efficient food and beverage delivery, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your energy and professionalism will ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Our Full time position involves working 5 days over 7 so ideally this role would suit someone flexible with weekly shift change.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive first impression
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations to upsell menu items and enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure all health standards are met
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a memorable dining experience
- Manage time effectively during shifts to serve multiple tables efficiently without compromising quality
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is highly preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Familiarity with serving techniques, food safety standards, and guest service principles
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours
- Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with guests and team members
