The Role
This is a varied role combining office administration with sales progression. You’ll play an integral part in supporting our sales team while ensuring property transactions move efficiently from offer acceptance through to completion.
You’ll liaise daily with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and colleagues, keeping everyone informed, resolving issues and helping chains progress as smoothly as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration.
* Managing incoming telephone, email and office enquiries.
* Booking property valuations, viewings and appointments.
* Managing team diaries and appointments.
* Preparing sales paperwork and client correspondence.
* Carrying out Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and supporting compliance procedures.
* Maintaining accurate records using our CRM system.
* Assisting with property marketing and administration.
* Progressing agreed sales from offer acceptance through to completion.
* Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and all parties within the property chain.
* Chasing outstanding enquiries, searches, mortgage offers and legal documentation.
* Providing regular progress updates to clients.
* Identifying delays and proactively helping to resolve issues.
* Supporting the wider team with general office administration and maintaining excellent customer service.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
* Have previous administration experience (estate agency experience is highly desirable).
* Be organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Be confident dealing with clients both over the telephone and face-to-face.
* Be able to prioritise a busy workload and work under pressure.
* Have good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Be proactive, reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Take pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
Hours
We are happy to consider applications from candidates seeking either part-time or full-time employment.
Full-time hours are:
* Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
* Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
(All working days include a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.)
