We are seeking a Front of House Shift Leader at our Family Entertainment Centre in Cirencester. Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations to ensure smooth running of the center.
- Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support.
- Deliver excellent guest services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Oversee health and safety procedures to maintain a secure environment.
- Coordinate with team members to organize activities and events.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are consistently met.
- Support and development of staff.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in a hospitality or family entertainment setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism.
- Flexibility to work during peak times including weekends.
- Previous experience in guest services is preferred.
Pay: £14.44 per hour
