Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Bar Supervisor to work alongside our Assistant General Manager and Bar Manager to help oversee the day-to-day running of the bar and support the wider venue operation. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced events environment and demonstrate strong leadership, organisational, and customer service skills.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a busy bar or events environment or someone looking for progression/ their next step in their career.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of alcohol licensing, health & safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Experience in stock control and staff training is desirable.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
