Bionutrica is a growing Irish food supplement company based in Longford, specialising in innovative, science-backed nutritional supplements. As a Guaranteed Irish brand, our products are available through pharmacies nationwide and major retailers including Boots and Holland & Barrett.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative, ambitious and motivated Marketing Assistant to help develop our brand and marketing presence.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Bionutrica at an important stage of its growth. You will take ownership of our social media and support a wide range of marketing activities, including content creation, graphic design, events, product launches, retail campaigns and brand development.
You will report directly to the Operations Manager and work closely with different areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Bionutrica’s social media channels.
- Create and maintain social media and content calendars.
- Create engaging graphics, posts, reels, videos and other digital content.
- Support product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns.
- Design marketing materials including POS, posters, flyers and brochures.
- Support exhibitions, events and company activations.
- Attend and represent Bionutrica at selected events.
- Support website updates, email marketing and newsletters.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Liaise with retailers, suppliers and external marketing partners.
- Monitor marketing performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Bring new ideas to increase brand awareness and consumer engagement.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field, or relevant experience.
- Strong content creation and graphic design skills.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital trends.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership.
- Confidence representing the company at events.
- An interest in health, nutrition, wellness or FMCG.
Experience in the health, wellness, pharmacy, food supplement or retail sectors is desirable but not essential.

Pay: £13.50-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
