Granville Supplies Ltd is looking for a Sales Assistant / Warehouse Assistant to join our Loughborough branch, the hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Your main role will be answering phones & emails, processing customer orders, helping customers on our trade counter & the team with warehouse based tasks.
The ideal candidate will be a confident individual who can join our team to deliver a great service to our customers.
We will help you develop an in depth knowledge of our products and processes, giving you the communication and people skills you'll need to deliver the high levels of service our customers expect.
You do not need a background in the paint or body repair industry products as 'on the job training' will be given.
This position would ideally suit somebody who is LOCAL TO THE LOUGHBOROUGH AREA.
Initial role will be:
1. Answering phone calls & serving customers at the trade counter.
2. Answering emails & ensuring orders are processed accordingly.
3. Ensure stock being transferred to other branches, has been picked correctly & booked ready.
4. Accepting inbound deliveries and putting stock away.
5. Ensuring all shelves are correctly stocked and kept tidy.
6. Palletising orders to be shipped via courier.
7. Occasional delivery driving (to cover for holidays etc.) - must have full UK driving license held for minimum of one year and be aged over 21 for insurance purposes.
Some heavy lifting will be required
