What are we looking for?
A new team member to help support our Operations Manager. Key tasks may include:
· Raising invoices
· Setting clients up on our case management system & creating order forms
· PA duties to the Managing Director, Operations Manager & consultant team
· Scheduling meetings
· Preparing agendas
· Assisting with credit control
· Ad hoc administrative tasks
This is an opportunity for a well organised, detail oriented and enthusiastic administrator to support a fast growing, passionate and friendly team committed to solving our clients’ compliance headaches.

· Have significant experience in an administrative / PA role
· Are an excellent communicator (verbal & written)
· Enjoy getting things organised
· Have an eye for detail
· Are comfortable taking ownership of your work, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently (given that this is a primarily home-based role);
· Are very comfortable working with IT, including the ability to work securely and remotely using MS Office, email, internet and IT systems you will not be familiar with.
We are flexible in the hours which our team work and in where our people are based (within reason!). Ideally monthly travel into the office (in Warwickshire) needed but the current intention is for the role to be primarily home based.
