A brilliant opportunity to be at the forefront of welcoming new clients to Lloyds Wealth — delivering high-quality advice, supported by a trusted brand and a powerful internal referral network.
At Lloyds Wealth, you’ll join a growing national Financial Planning team with access to a significant flow of new client opportunities, the majority generated through Lloyds Banking Group. This is a role for an experienced adviser who enjoys building trust quickly, understanding client needs in depth, and helping people take the first confident steps in their financial planning journey.
As a New Client Adviser , you’ll play a key role in onboarding new clients into Lloyds Wealth, supporting them through their initial interactions and helping them feel informed, reassured and confident about their financial future.
You understand that great financial advice starts with listening. Through virtual meetings by phone or video, you’ll take time to understand each client’s goals, priorities and wider financial circumstances before delivering tailored, holistic advice across protection, investment and long-term planning needs.
You’ll manage the client journey through the early stages of the relationship, typically for the first three months, ensuring a seamless handover into our ongoing advice team where appropriate. Your ability to build trust, explain complex topics clearly and deliver a high-quality client experience will be central to increasing engagement with our Ongoing Advice Service.
Working as part of the national Financial Planning team, you’ll contribute to a collaborative, client-focused culture while maintaining the highest professional and regulatory standards.
