We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join our Kitchen Brigade at Cedar Court Hotels. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional morning dining experiences, ensuring our guests start their day with high-quality, freshly prepared food.

The role in a nutshell
As Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for the following:

Prepare and cook a wide range of breakfast dishes, including hot and continental offerings, to meet busy service demands

Deliver high-quality dishes consistently, ensuring presentation and taste meet brand standards

Prepare and accommodate special breakfast requests and dietary requirements where required

Support the wider kitchen team with preparation for lunch service and upcoming events
