The Role
This is a multi-site position — which means no two days look the same. You will be based primarily across our Leeds, Manchester, and Liverpool clinics, with a typical weekly schedule of:
- Monday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Leeds
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Leeds
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, alternating between Manchester and Liverpool
Additional hours are available to cover sickness and holidays — great if you want to earn more. Your schedule is always arranged in advance with full support from our leadership team.
What you will be doing day to day:
- Delivering high-quality laser and skin treatments to LaserHQ's exacting standards
- Building genuine rapport and trust with clients, creating an exceptional 5-star experience every visit
- Promoting treatments, retail products, and supporting client retention
- Keeping treatment rooms immaculate, safe, and fully prepared
- Maintaining accurate client documentation and following clinic protocols
- Being a positive, flexible presence across all clinic locations
What We Are Looking For
- Level 4 Laser and Light qualification (essential)
- Level 5 Tattoo Removal qualification (preferred — not essential)
- Full UK driving licence and your own reliable transport
- A warm, professional manner and a genuine passion for skincare
- Immaculately presented at all times — you represent a premium brand
- Organised, self-motivated, and a brilliant communicator
