Shift patterns:
- Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday: 06:00 - 18:00, Sunday: 06:00 - 14:00 (Wednesday and Thursday rest days).
- Week 2 - Wednesday and Thursday: 06:00 - 18:00 (all other days rest).
- Week 3 - Monday, Tuesday and Friday: 10:00 - 22:00, Saturday: 08:00 - 20:00, Sunday: 12:00 - 20:00 (Wednesday and Thursday rest days).
- Week 4 - Wednesday and Thursday: 10:00 - 22:00 (all other days rest).
Please note that, depending on operational requirements, shifts may occasionally be adjusted to 08:00 - 20:00. Flexibility is required.

✅WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Coordinate and provide support and information in the running of safe and efficient operation
- Working within clear guidelines to help achieve the operational standards and defined outcomes for your area of responsibility during shift.
- Responsible for the execution of transport plans ensuring transport and network SLA's/KPI's are achieved
- FLM's are front and centre of the transport operation demonstrating 21st century driver engagement and management. In addition to being a duty manager the FLM is a driver line manager ensuring the wellbeing,
- performance and motivation of their team through regular performance dialogues, scheduled 1-2-1's as well as ad-hoc communication and engagement.
